On 10/23/23 I paid $2500 towards a canoe, straps, seat backs, pads, paddles, and cover. I could never get a straight answer as to when I could expect delivery. Emails were ignored and phone calls ****** returned. On one conversation I was informed it may be late February. February,March,April all passed and finally on May 1st we met for pickup 3 hrs from my home. On first inspection the canoe looked fine but the decals were missing. I was told by the driver they could send me some to apply myself. After waiting a full 6 months for the boat I went ahead and hauled it home. As soon as I got home I set it up to wash the bugs off it and thats when I noticed all the defects. Multiple large spots were dull and scratched up. The bottom had marks from straps. The quality was horrible and nothing like the boats they advertised and pictures on their website. I sent them pictures of the boat, told them about all the defects. They apologized saying that somehow all those defects slipped by them- even the company logo that was supposed to be on there- unbelievable. They insisted and told me they would pick it up and repair it and get it back to me. After another 2 months they told me it was ready to be brought back but they didnt fix all the defects. They then offered a refund. I said I wanted a refund for the boat and the seats and cover. The seats and cover are specific for that boat. They refunded the cost of the boat but the cost of the seat backs and cover is another $380. They strung me out for 8 months waiting- tried to sell me a flawed boat as a new boat, said theyd make it right and couldnt do that. They said theyd get back at such and such time- never did. Absolutely horrible customer service. They tied up over $5000 of mine for 8 months and couldnt deliver. I want a refund of $380 for the useless seat backs and cover that only fit the boat they could never supply. I have pictures and all email correspondences should there be questions.
