I live in a condo with 8 units, got a notice from the condo association that we should clean out our H31333831**3134363238H vents. Two companies were recommended to us. I got in touch with one of the vent cleaners. I asked if there are 6 of us would we get a break? He said he would charge us $75 a unit. I said ok. I told him some dates we were available. I told him I prefer to be last on the list because I work. He sends a man and lady to do the work. When they were done, the man pushed the washer in place with his feet instead of shimmying it in to place. They leave and I did a load of laundry and my neighbor was downstairs in the garage. He said something is leaking downstairs and it was my washing machine. When the rep did his push job, it made the washing machine leak. I looked in the lent drawer and it was full of lent. Upstairs in another apartment, they shimmed the washer and bent the lid on the washer and now it doesn**;t work and he didn**;t vacuum in his unit. There were other units that did not have their lint filters vacuumed out. The rep had an attitude. I told the company about this on October 29th by email and never heard back from them. Then I received an email about them being in the neighborhood and they would come back to clean the lint out of the filters. He came on Monday instead, When the rep came back to look, he (*****) didn**;t do any work, he only took pictures of the things to show his boss. I called the owner on the telephone and told him about this and we are still back at square one. I told him he should give us back our $450 and go our separate ways. I want $450 back because they did nothing correctly.Business response

I spoke with ****************** who is representing Dryer Vent Solutions in this matter. Mr. *************************** passed away suddenly and she is finalizing his affairs. She is graciously going to send me a check on behalf of Dryer Vent Solutions in the amount of $450 of which I will disperse to the other 5 tenants in the amount of $75 each. Once I get this check, I will let you know and we can close the complaint. Please do not close until I receive and cash the check. Thank you for your time and help regarding this matter.
Also, please make sure ********************** company is in good standing with the BBB!
