I bought a whole set of luggage from them back in 2020! Had to have a warranty replacement in nov 2022! They did send me a new bag in nov ************************************************************* 2020 set in the closet for two years was never used after my first work trip. The frame broke of the bag they did replace it two months later having handle issues call them to see if they could do anything. Keep saying theres nothing they can do because its not in warranty even though the gold sticker inside, my bag expires at the end of this month, but she was saying that they dont follow that because its a warranty replacement zero customer service skills. Also, Ive called and left multiple voicemails and an email. Finally had to call back myself for them to get in contact with them asking is for a replacement bag.
