8/17/2021 Powerhouse Now dispatched ***** Sealcoating to ********* (Powerhouse Client) for the following scope of work: "Need pothole in entrance to drive thru filled and patched." The work order number ****** was for location ****************, *********************************************************************. ***** checked into this location on 4 different dates (will add clock in/out IVR to documents). After *****'s initial walk and assessment of the necessary asphalt repairs, they submitted a quote (will upload in docs) for completion of asphalt cutting for $3,267.50 which was approved on 8/18/2021. This job was completed over the course of three trips. We have since reached out to *****, owner of ***** Sealcoating due to receiving another work order 1/20/2022 for the same location that the drive through and large Siren street sign no longer illuminating at this location. We dispatched an electrician who ran all diagnostics and pinpointed the break in electrical lines under the asphalt patch put into place by ***** Sealcoating in August of 2021. Upon calling this store, I was advised by the staff that the signs had stopped illuminating back in August of 2021 and the work order just hadn't been called in as it was not an "emergency." From Jan 2022 to the present time, we have reached out to ***** Sealcoating no less than 10 documented times via email, direct call to ***** the owner's cell ************, and text messages to ******* cellphone. On 3/22/2022, my supervisor ********************************* did receive a call from ***** after having texted on the same day, pleading for a response. My team provided ***** with the contact information for our Electrician so they could work together to get this remedied. ***** said he would get in touch with our electrician as soon as he gets back in town (said he would be out of town the remainder of that week). We have not been able to successfully contact him since and its now clear ***** Sealcoating is choosing not to stand by their work.
