I purchased a brand new 2023 mercury outboard motor from ************************* at Twinn springs outboard on August 2nd 2022. When I sat down to fill out my paperwork **** told me he didnt have the title from mercury and to give him a couple days h*** mail it to me when it comes in. I let a week go by without seeing the title before I called. When I got a hold of **** that next week he said he hasnt seen it yet. So I let another week go by and never seen the title. I call him again on August 18th and he tells me that he mailed it out the day before and I should see it within a day or two. Another week goes by without seeing my title. So since August 18 I havent been able to get ahold of anyone at his shop. He is screening my calls now. He wont answer to my emails either. It is now September the 12th and I still do not have the title to my boat motor and I cant get ahold of anyone. Im running out of options now because its been over 30 days since Ive bought it and I cant title it so now Im going to be fined. Any questions please call thanks
