Ordered a chassis from RJays speed shop in June 2023…got the chassis in Nov. had a few parts missing that I had ordered as upgrades. They could never get me the rear Wilwood brakes that were supposed to be on it. $1000 upgrade…still no refund and it’s been 4-6 months since the shop telling me they would refund the money. Keep calling and emailing, no responses now…it’s very tough to communicate with RJays once they have your money but didn’t provide the chassis with the parts that were ordered.Business response

I ordered a chassis from RJay's Speed Shop in Adrian Mo. Nov. 9th 2021. I paid a down payment of $3000. with a personal check # **** on Nov 9th 2021. I paid the remainder of $5499.98 with a Cashiers Check #****** made out on Feb.07, 2022. Both checks were made out from ******* ****** ***** ** ***** **** *** ***** ********. I have included pictures of both checks, and a picture back of the personal check showing the date and back where it was deposited. The cashiers check was given to **** (owner, I do not know his last name) in person at pickup on 2/12/2021. **** did not offer me a receipt for my purchase, and in my excitement, I didn't realize I didn't get one. My issue is that **** did not receive the rear end center section yet when I picked up the chassis. .A $950 upgrade. **** told me he would ship it to my house when he received it. I never received it. I have been calling, leaving messages, texting, emailing, and left messages on his web site. Absolutely no communication from him.at all. I saw ****** ad on ****, but called him directly so we could discuss options. At that time he told me I could just deal with him, and NOT BUY through ****. BIG MISTAKE. Now I have no backing from **** because the transaction did not take place through them. By dealing direct **** did not have to pay **** their commission on the sale. Because I didn't receive any receipt, I have no record of which part number he is suppose to provide. Which means he could give me a cheap modal instead of what the order was for. But it should be a limited slip center section, with 350 gear ratio for the Ford 9" axle. housing included with the chassis.Business response
