Fulp automotive worked on my car a total of four times in 3 months. The first time was an inspection. The second time was alignment the third time was to fix an oil leak and transmission fluid leak. After they fix my oil leak my car begin dying and I was not sure what was wrong with it then it went into limp mode. A friend of mine come to look at it and he said the car had no oil on the dipstick. I called fulp automotive because they were the last one to work on my car. I had the car towed into their shop. Even though it was still running in limp mode I did not want to take a chance to do any damage . They called me once the car was in the shop and said they ran a scan and it would be $300 and something dollars to fix it I told them to go ahead and do the work. Then they called me back the next day and said the car is not starting now it either jump time or the motor was blown he priced me a motor that would be about $6,000. I told them the car is not worth $6,000 and had the car towed back home when I got it here it did not turn over or do anything it was completely dead. The car set at my house for months and then I called fulp automotive and asked them for printouts for all the work that they had done to my car. They first stated they just got a new system and was not sure if they could find the printouts. I called them a few days later they said they did get the printouts and to come get them. When I showed up to pick them up they only provided me two print-*** one was for the initial inspection the other one was the third time they worked on my car when they did the oil and transmission fluid leak. I told them that they worked on my car I total of four times I needed the other times especially for the last time that they worked on it because I could not remember what they said was wrong with it I could just remember what they said it would cost to fix it. The man that worked on my car stated no work was done the 4th time.

It is not my responsibility to make sure her oil is filled. She did not have an oil change with us, she opted for one at *******. These particular vehicles can be finnicky with said oil.
