      Where can I apply complaint? A fraud. Error bills. First thing I have been cousmter with verizon since few months, cost three line $160 per monthly wifi Verzion home, my old cell phone, and wife cell phone total $160... one of agent push and deal with me it will go to 200 for watches, upgrade to ultra ******* with free tablet and free ******* watch it will cost around $200 monthly or less with no fee active too even discount senior 10% off monthly too. I was go all in then she say it will send two business day. After two days later I never get anything and call other agent again, find out agent put wrong address, lost package somewhere and so agent cancel.that and re do send once again that lady put wrong unit again and how am I frustrated it's take one week and half finally they send right one then end up I drive all 20 min to get package (******* ultra phone, ******* watche, ******* tablet). All good till I see that bill go to $620.00?!?! 9 line??!?! I never heard would I want nine line? So we come to verzion store try resolve this and all is they send the ticket and they say will slove everything in a week, so after other week and I still see 620 and not slove yet.. again we come store make a complaint ticket then what can we do and today this morning I call support verzion see if they know iusses and seem NOT answering keep say because high because fee active etc... I keep told them they suppose waiver them fees since they keep send wrong unit and misinformation over again and now I still see blance $620 and say monthly $350 around?!?!?! Where can I application complaint or lawsuit?! Please help with me and it's not fair since I depending my phone for my work and once disconnect how can I working, I work for auto glass company. This phone is my personaly. The bill due is on June 30. Not sure what so and can help anyone with this iusses and thank.

      Called Verizon to inquire about upgrades they offered me a BOGO on iPhones . When the bill came I was charged for both phones , all they could say was the offer was not available anymore even though I was told thats what I was getting or I would not have purchased two iPhone 15. The company refuses to offer a solution. I was lied to and now have to send the phones back . Terrible customer service . Now I am stuck with a huge bill and they will not fix it
