I purchased a gift certificate for a family member on 12/24/21. The address for the family member was given when I purchased the gift certificate and the money was charged to my account. My family member has not received the gift certificate. I called the business multiple times and emailed. The Canvas on Broadway did not return my calls and they have not sent the gift certificate to my family member. They took my money with no delivery of service. I only want what I paid for.Business response

We did have some system errors with our online gift card system from late November through early January that we were unaware of. Once we discovered it, we had no way of knowing which gift card orders had been overlooked so we went through and sent each of the orders again with a letter explaining what happened. I am attaching a copy of the letter we sent. I personally wrote them out and addressed the envelopes. I remember Mr. ****'s name when I sent them. These were resent over a month ago. The card was mailed to the ******* ** address but if the recipient has not received it I am happy to replace it. I would suggest that we arrange for a pick up in the studio to ensure it is delivered. I am happy to offer my personal email for Mr. **** to make contact and arrange the pick up of the replacement card. We like to honor the order that was placed!
