I had my roof repaired in October 2023. DHI Roofing came by after a storm, and they offered to go look at my roof. Once they looked at it, they told me they were the only ones who could repair it since they had been up on the roof. We have a warranty for the roof that is good 2025. I paid $11,174.58 for the roof. He stood on the roof after the work was done, and he said it looked good. He left pieces in my yard for three weeks, but he did not leave any shingles. He said it was mine that I paid for it. I found a friend to finally come take that away. I now have leaks that are causing water spots on the ceiling that have come through the roof and the attic. They will not come out to look at the roof to find the leaks. I sent information they requested to the main company. They said they were get back to me, but it has been a month with out any information. I had another roofer look at it, and they said there are leaks in the roofing. I even let them know that, but they still have not come out to see it.

*********, we are sorry to hear you are frustrated. At this time we have done what we are able to do to inspect your roof and meet with the city inspector who came to inspect your issues.
The city inspector as well as our team agreed that the issues you are experiencing are related or caused by the roof project we recently completed for you. Due to this, there is not much we can do to help you under your warranty since it is not related to the original work completed.
The issue you are experiencing was reported by the city inspector as an HVAC issue and you may need to work with an HVAC company in order to get this resolved.
We are sorry to hear about this unfortunate set of circumstances, we have kept you apprised of our involvement and have done the work we promised to uphold to our best ability. Although this particular issue is out of our hands, we hope to support you with any warranty needs that are covered with your warranty.
