I signed my daughter up to play on a competitive team that was supposed to play fall of 2021 and spring of 2022, we paid $125 for uniforms that we never received. We mentioned this numerous times and have contacted sending emails to multiple people with not one single contact back. The teams were dissolved an no teams existed in spring of 2022. I would highly warn anyone from doing business as it is very disorganized and was a running joke on the team of having a less than 10% response to emails with questions. With the complete lack of response about the refund I can only assume that this is now getting to a fraud an possible criminal case.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference tocomplaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me , however not sure why it took this long and why I was ignored for so long that I had to revert to making a complaint with the BBB
