      Ordered a pulse subcompact stun gun in November of 2023. Have since sent many emails, left voicemails, (to a ****** voice number so this is likely not even a real retailer,) with no response. My last message to them was respond or I would be filing a reversal with my credit card company, and leaving reviews based on this experience. Doubtful that's a legitimate threat as I have doubts that this is even a real retailer.

      Today is 01/25/2024 I ordered a Taser Pulse + on Dec 31st 2024. I'm wondering where my item is...I received a receipt by email but nothing more. I've contacted the company through their webpage and have received no reply. I've called and left a message for them. Nothing received. No correspondence with me. My receipt was for $349.95. They owe me a refund. I cannot express to you how disappointed I am with them. They have a high website trust score which usually means that you can count on them as legit. Then I discovered all the BBB complaints for this vendor. I'd advise anyone seeking a Taser to stay away from this site. It's been nearly a month since placing my order. They don't answer the phone or reply to email. The website should be removed from the internet and the company fined.

      My wife owes the childrens boutique and she had some unsavory folks come in the other night, so I went online to see if I could get her a taser that she does not have to be close to a person to use. Of course I did this after checking all the local gun shops and sporting good stores. I contacted gorilla defense.com and saw they had one for $400. So I ordered it and expected a email or something to follow up once it shipped I have not had any response. *** contacted them five or six times by email three or four times by phone Tried every possible way to contact him and no avail.

      On April 28 I placed an order for two small tasers. I received an email confirmation with my order number two weeks went by and I heard nothing from the company so I responded to the email. The company responded back and told me that they were out of stock and would be back in stock mid May, I waited noticed that I had an issue with my credit card and have reached out to the company four different times to update credit card information and get an estimate on when my order would be in stock again I have not heard anything back from the company since that point, it does not appear. My credit card was ever charged for this order thank goodness, but reading other comments on here it seems that other people have just never received their order also pretty disappointing.

      I ordered a laser advertised as a blue laser that can "start fires easily". The advertisement indicates that a battery is included. No battery was shipped. I purchased my own battery and tested the ********* is a blue laser at an extremely weak wavelength. It does NOT start fires under ANY circumstances. It is a glorified cat toy that is useless for my application.I contacted the company 6 times via email and phone and have had NO response. WHY IS THIS COMPANY ALLOWED TO DO BUSINESS!I am now forced to file this complaint to get my money back.This company should be ashamed of themselves.I want a full refund of the entire order or I will *** you in small claims court and include loss of wages and all time spend on this complaint and recoupment efforts.A downloaded copy of the website advertisement has been included that shows the false advertisement claims.

      I ordered from this website on 8/24/22 and received a confirmation email the next day. On 8/28 my bank alerted me to fraud and told me someone had used my debit card at **** ***** for $60.42. I had to get a new debit card because of that. On 9/6 I received two emails, one stated that they were out of stock and it would arrive next week. The second email was sent at the same time and said they had cancelled my order. I never got what I had ordered and they used my debit card to buy pizza. This leads me to believe that they are pretending to be an online retailer but in reality its a way to get peoples debit and credit card numbers. I wish I had read these other reviews and complaints before buying from them. I cannot stress enough that you should never, ever give them your business because you won't get what you bought.

      I can promise you we are an online retailer.  We have been out of stock on several items throughout the entire year and have had to cancel orders unfortunately.  I can also promise we would never use your card for anything and apologize that has happened to you.  We do not process any credit card ourselves and either go through ****** or ************* and the only info we receive are the first or last 5 of your credit card so it would be impossible for anyone here to use unless they access our back servers where it is protected on the cpanel.  I will pull your order and see if I notice anything or if there is something I can do, please let me know

      I ordered a Taser plus back on 7/5 - took a month to even get it - after receiving it I realized they sent the wrong one - and it was not the Plus version with ****. The phone number doesn't work and i have tried to reach them via their contact form as well as e-mail over a dozen times with no response. In addition there was a coupon code that was supposed to be applied and was not for 10% - so not only have i received the wrong (cheaper product) they do not respond at all

      Ordered 4 pair of hey dude shoes on 3-3-22 for $90.60 Ive tried to message them many different times with no response & at this point would be happy to just get my money back & aware others not to order from here. Ive since then got a new debit card because of this
