Work was supposed to be completed the beginning of November on the 11th, they had an issue and moved it to the end of November the 24th. Not a big deal things happen. The work they did on my driveway and porch was good, However there were issues. They had problems moving their cart in my sidewalk so they thought it was a good idea to drive it through my flower bed in two different areas, literally driving over flowers. They left ruts from the machine in the flower bed, the rock they removed from the front of my porch they did not put back. The concrete overflowed and covered one of my sprinklers which he did rinse out but left a lot around the sprinkler. They left some equipment in my front lawn too. I did the final walk through and everything looked rough but not terrible, but once the water dried on the porch and sidewalk i could see how big of a mess they left. I called and the secretary she assured me they would be back out in a couple of weeks. That time has came and gone, I received a phone call today saying they were not coming back out to clean their mess. I was told since i did a final walkthrough i accepted their work, even though the same day I identified the issues and requested they fix it. I paid $800 for the work and they left my place a mess and i was told to go buy dirt and rake it over the flower bed. I also have a short video of the mess from a different point of view if needed. I just want them to finish the job correctly or refund part or all of the work.Business response
