  We purchased a beautiful puppy from this breeder, As we begin to reach out with questions about the puppy as what they would recommend feeding and care instructions ect we could never get a response. Any response we did get (rarely) would be either a family member just died get back to you in a few weeks or someone’s extremely ill we will contact you in a month ect or I’m going threw a divorce been very busy! I get things happen but a business is a business correct? Now about the issue at hand it’s now approaching 11 months and can’t get a response on when the dog will be registered with AKC, when we could possibly get a title for the dog ect. The few responses we do get back just say we will get back to you shortly! the last message sent to ******* was feb 20th and her daughter responded my mom is on narcotic medication and sleeping we will get back to you. (Would love for them to deny so I can provide screen shots) I simply would just like my dog to be registered with AKC and to have a title issued. On top of not having a title yet or the dog being registered with AKC which she’s going to say I have 12 months technically blah blah blah I’m gonna wait tell the last day I possibly can to get the dog registered. The poor dog has already at 11 months had multiple health issues and been to the vet numerous times for issues that have (absolutely nothing to do with care or something we could have done different) eye issues and already at 11 months joint issues in the front legs would love to provide paperwork showing her quality of dogs and business.

  This man has read my previous complaints and used that to fuel his anger with me. I would love to see any messages pertaining to food or anything he has asked that he hasn’t gotten a response in. The dog he purchased is fine and has NO health problems to my knowledge as he has only messaged me and told me how great the dog is and would ask about the papers. My divorce started in 2017, which just proves he has no idea what he is talking about. He is going off the old complaints I had. In regular days to the text message about me on narcotics, I had MAJOR surgery just a week ago. My daughters exact message to his was “Hello 
  My mom had surgery and is asleep on some pain meds. She usually checks back with people in the afternoon. “ He kept messaging my phone while I was sleeping so my 17 yr old messaged back and told him I had had surgery and was on pain meds and sleeping! Trying to make it out like I’m a junky or something is just ridiculous. We have a signed contract that allows for 18 months to get papers to him when it comes to import dogs. This mother was imported from Europe and we had to wait for her papers to come through. Then there is a process of registration / dna and all - this all takes time. Which is the exact reason we have contracts. He has never once been ignored - he received a full packet when he bought the puppy 18 pages long explaining food and everything. On the phone he made it clear he was going to ruin my name any way he could - for what? He will get his papers just like everyone else. Import litters are a much harder thing to register because of the paperwork. I have never defrauded this man. I have kept in communication - I have all the messages to prove so. This is a gross way for him to flex as if I’ve done something wrong. I would love to see any messages where he has told me any health issues because all the messages I have tell me she is beautiful and never has he ever stayed any issues. Sept 5, 2021 his text to me was “Hi *******! ******** is doing amazing! I hope all is well your way. I was wondering how I would go about getting the title for her” - he is only freaking out over paperwork because of past reviews that have nothing to do with this. But NOTHING he has said other than we haven’t gotten the papers to him yet is true. He has grossly over exaggerated so he can “ruin me” like he claimed on the phone. I have all the screen shots and the contract. I still am within my limits in the contract to give him his papers. He is just trying to bring my name down because he is mad and doesn’t understand the process. Before slandering me, I would love to hear about any health problems the dog has….he has told me of NONE. Only his ex girlfriend tried to give the dog back at one point in text because she said she couldn’t handle her and him and her had broke up. Now he has the dog and all of the sudden the has chosen to take old reviews from when I actually was going through some major life situations and slander me. Please require proof of all he is saying before choosing to post as I would love to see vet transcripts with what is magically wrong with the pup  this is first I’ve heard of any of this. He will get his papers and I’m still within the terms of the contract to send them. I can provide screen shots of all of this.
