On 8/20/2024 I needed roadside assistance and called AAA. AAA called ******** towing to assist me. The driver called to verify my location and showed up shortly afterward with a large flatbed truck. I explained that the car would run but only for a short distance then it would act like it was out of gas. The driver then started the car and drove it onto the flatbed and drove the truck to my residence where I was waiting. He then rolled the car onto the street and tried to start it. The car would not start, so he rolled it onto my driveway and left. I thought the battery just needed a charge so I took the battery to the retail store it was purchased at. The **** told me the battery was 6 month into a 5 year warranty so they would ***lace it after they checked it out. As it turns out the battery was completely shorted out which voided the warranty. The next day I called my AAA *** and explained the issue, he took my statement and said his boss would contact me **** with his findings. He then suggested I call the tow company and explain my issues, I called ****** towing LLC and spoke with there ***, explained what happened. Marlers *** told me "you can't be that stupid", I questioned him and he asked if I saw his drive get out of the truck and damage the car in anyway?I said I was not with him when he was driving the tow truck and have no idea what the driver did. He ***eated him self several times, "you can't be that stupid" which I ***lied "your driver caused this!" ******** **** then hung up on me!

We did tow the customers car when we were dispatched by AAA roadside.  When the driver got to the call, the customers daughter or granddaughter started the car and then our driver loaded the car on to the rollback.  He delivered the car to the customers address at 3:22 p.m. that day.  24 hours later, the customer called our office to complain that our driver drove his car onto the rollback and towed it to his house, but when our driver got to his house the car would not start again.  I asked the customer why the car was being towed in the first place and he replied the car would not stay running and he thought the fuel pump was clogged or the fuel pump was going to have to be replaced, but he insisted that our driver must have caused his car to not start again by driving it on the truck and hauling it to his house.  It's pretty easy to understand that if it were a fuel pump issue, the fuel pump may have been clogged and whatever was clogging the fuel pump in the first place finally prevented the 2005 Pontiac Sunfire from starting.  **************** never mentioned anything about the car battery issue while on the phone with the dispatcher or the supervisor.  This complaint is the first time we are hearing about a battery issue.

They are not very professional nor do they have very good customer relations. They are not only verbally abusive, along with physically abusive. For asking about missing property then they told him to leave after asking for a business card which they did not want to accommodate the request then started pushing him out the building then as he followed him out, then the worker *** slammed a door to a car that had nothing to do with the building or the property that was in there possession this place should be shut down

The man making this claim was not a customer, he was a passenger in the car that brought the customer to our lot to get the customer's rental car out that was impounded. The customer actually was not a problem at all and called and apologized for the way this complainant was acting. The complainant using profanity accused us of stealing items out of a car that he was in no way responsible for. The customer made no such claim. The complainant was told to leave our office/property. He then threatened bodily harm to our employee while continuing to cuss him. After he left our property, he called back using profanity and demanding the name of the employee that he was threatening to harm. I refused to give him the name of the employee for the employee's safety. The complainant made false claims and then when I told him the entire conversation was recorded on our security camera's he dropped the false claims and told me he would ruin our business by calling the BBB and other organizations.
