From ***** the salesperson to **** the installer every step of this project was excellent ! Alenco definitely stands out in window and door replacement and I have an older brick home. They were great to work with. I picked them after speaking with several different vendors. The windows had everything I was looking for, seemed well made with a lifetime warranty. Also had a year of no interest payments available. Everything went according to plan, I secured financing, was told how long the windows would take to make and was contacted for an installation appointment when they were delivered to the warehouse The installers came on time and took the entire day to install the 6 windows that I had installed on the main level of my house. They were meticulous in cleaning up after themselves, and even removed the stickers and cleaned the windows while installing them. They did an excellent job of sealing and caulking the windows and my main floor is much warmer now, which is awesome, as the old single pane windows were very drafty and didn't seal good anymore. They look beautiful too and they showed me how to use them before they left and made sure that I was very happy before calling it a day. I will buy my upper windows from them next year, I am very happy with them.Review from Maria H

From sales, to scheduling, and then to product installation, Alenco was a pleasure to do business with. Their installation team worked swiftly to install my new windows and also cleaned up any debris from.stickers to plastic coverings. They went over window features and workings with me. I am extremely pleased with the product & work performed on my property. I would not hesitate to recommend Alenco to prospective customers.Review from kerry h

the man that came out for the window quote said we got 0% interest for one year. got the window and the loan started at 7%. call and they tell me i had to tell the man that when they started the loan. will never do business with this company again. and will tell everyone i see and broadcast it to not to business with this companyReview from Patrick M

The gentleman who came to repair my shower doors was very professional and curious. He did a fantastic job and left everything nice and clean and in great shape. I would definitely recommend he did a fantastic job.
