I sent a glove then to be repaired along with a check for $67. I have that **** tracking number showing that it was delivered, I have the bank statement showing check was cashed. What I don't have is the glove back or any correspondence or answer from gloverepair.com. my order number was (Order #*****). resolution would be fixing the glove and returning it as promised in their email.

It is with a great deal of personal anguish that I write this letter and make the following statements about service, response, and how this is being handled.
You received the glove on July 8th and cashed the check on July 9th. But since that time theres been zero correspondence, following your link it shows that the glove is been received but not returned.
In reading reviews online I wouldve never sent this in but I did and so we are where are at. Ive reported this to the Better Business Bureau and they are trying to contact you about the problem. I see this is happened several times before and a resolution is been arrived at. The resolution I need is my glove returned repaired or not I need the glove back.
Just to reiterate this is my granddaughters college glove,they start in a few weeks and she needs it back. The $67 is almost incidental but the glove itself is extremely important.
You have been nonresponsive to phone calls which go to some kind of strange answering machine which will take an answer, wont give you any extensions even though it direction to do so, and zero answers to emails.
Now you will note above that Im a business involved in baseball and softball very heavily over the last 30 years and personally owner of the business for the last 15. I have accumulated a mailing list over the years of *******+ baseball coaches,parents, facilities, schools, etc. that I will notify through a mass emailing of my dealings with Glove Repair. This is obviously a very nuclear option but I need the glove back and will do what is necessary because youre now dealing with a grandfather, his granddaughter,and a business that has some influence in the industry. You can certainly look at my website and even who I am on the Internet and see that this is legitimate and serious concern on my part that I will follow through on very quickly if I dont get a response and an answer.
Im sending you this letter via email for the youre reading them is questionable Im also sending you this by certified mail so that I can prove that you receive the notice and then at that point I will proceed with the emailing and explore Small Claims Court in ********* These are actions I can and will take I promise.
I fully expect an answer in response to this email/letter and more importantly I need the glove back immediately.

I just want to stay in contact and be sure ******* on the same page with the glove. As you know how important gloves can be to individuals like this one is to my granddaughter. I'm sure that you're used to this kind of conversation and I appreciate your listening.
I do have one question: Do you happen to have laser-engraved gloves like the one you're going to receive today ( see information below)? It's just a thought, as she wanted her name and even a logo on it. I saw an ad for another company doing laser engraving, so I figured I'd ask.

the other side note on this glove was you would like have it repaired as needed not necessarily be built and see worried about changes feel if Adding all new lacing and it cause it to be stiffer or feel different mostly just worried about getting the pocket placing reinstalled.

I requested relacing and conditioning service on the glovereair.com for my son. I paid $104 via PayPal for expedited service. I shipped the glove and *** tracking shows it being received yet website says it hasnt been. I have sent two emails that have not been replied to. I am wondering at this point if this is a scam and Im out $100 and a glove that means a lot to me. But reading other complaints here it appears this is just the way the owner does business. The customer shouldnt have to do this much follow up. I just want the work completed or my money back.Customer response

I placed my order on 9/19/2023. Website said glove was received on 9/27/2023. Website says 5-7 days for repair upon delivery. Emails to the company were unanswered. Phone numbers listed do not go to Gloverepair.com and instead go to another business. I prepaid through PayPal and filed a complaint. Transaction ID available by request. I am seeking a response from the company. I want my glove back as it is my ********************** glove and is over 30 years old.Business response

We had an issue with sending/receiving emails causing a delay in communication. That issue has been fixed and we've communicated with the customer.
Their glove was completed and was shipped back on Friday 10/13.

Placed order on 3/26 order 11002. Ups says glove was received on 3/28. Website says glove not received. Emails have received no response. Phone number listed does not go to Glove repairs.com. Is a different business Seeking glove repaired and response.Business response
