On Oct 22, 2024 Dirty Duct Tales (**** was the person working in my home for this). I agreed and paid for services outlined on the invoice/work order. This included the ** Light Air Cleanser which as $550.00. **** said he had to order and will be back by end of week to with Cleanser to install. I have made numerous inquiries and **** has failed to show or call me to resolve the issue. He states all sales are final, but does this include not delivering and installing what was purchased? After all of this time passing, you should understand that I do not trust this company to install or do any further work in my home as he does not appear to take accountability and he scammed me out of this money. Now it has me wondering if he really did the other work or just told me he did and charged me. He should definitely not have the BBB logo on his invoices; this is not how a reputable BBB vendor conducts business and it made me over confident in trusting him at a vulnerable time. My goal was to get the air and circulation of air in my home ready to receive my mother moving in who is on oxygen due to compromising lung and heart issues. I have a string of text; however, the problem has not been fixed. I am attaching some of them to this case. I also have messages in Messenger that he was working on it; however, again, problem remains.
