      I bought a vehicle from them in December of 2022 and when I first bought it the vehicle was never detailed and it needed oil change needed the tires plugged which was all supposed to happen when I bought the vehicle so I went to schedule a oil change and they said they couldnt get me in for a month so I had to drive to ************** and pay for the oil change and they never reimbursed me like they said they would I was promised 2 new tires never got those either only got them patched and they still never did the detail about 2 weeks later I had a problem with my electronic suspension and took it there multiple times they said it could be a bad fuse so I changed the fuse 3 times still had the problem and I then was experiencing problems with my steering it got hard to turn so I took it back and they said I had to pay like $800 to get the issue fixed even though I had all warranties for my vehicle with no type of explanation they just said it wasnt covered which is weird with bumper to bumper warranties it should cover everything except oil changed brakes spark plugs etc. but ***** had a very hard time with this dealership up until I sold this vehicle because of all the issues and the dealership never helped out. Even after I sold the vehicle I had some warranties that were still active and was wanting to cancel them and get my reimbursements like I was told I was able to get for those. They drug their feet on that which was about 5 months up until they were closing. I kept calling and going up there through out the whole time of that. They kept saying they had it and was waiting for another company to send the payment. Still havent revived the money that is owned to me. That is why I am making this complaint.

      They sell vehicles that don't have titles, when tried calling asking about the title to my truck I bought it's always the title clerk is in a meeting and nobody ever calls me back. Can I file a lawsuit?

      They sold me a used truck that is constantly breaking down. I wanted my money back but they refused. So I gave them a chance to fix it. 5 months later I finally got it back. They didn't fix it and it had more issues. I believe they knowing sold me a lemon because I'm a senior female. I keep telling them to come get the truck because it won't run and fix it completely but they just ignore me. These are horrible business practices and no one should purchase a vehicle from them. They're nothing but crooks.

      They are only interested in forcing people into buying packages they don't need or want causing the price of the vehicle to go up several thousand dollars. It states right in their paperwork that the package is optional but pursue to tell you that you won't find a better deal anywhere else. Any deal anywhere else is better than being forced to spend money you don't want to spend and wasting time on false advertisement. These people are criminals.

      This business forges names , lies about warranties, the first place finish, pro pack, is never applied.They have several employees that they refuse to pay. Your title will take months before you will receive it. They put customers on a dealer tag if your title hasn't come. This company is a scam in every way you can imagine.

      I worked for this company for eight months and they never paid me correctly, i had to keep reminding them that they still owe me 400 and finally received it 2 months later. I was never paid for the six cars that I sold the last month. They took my Christmas bonus because they said I owe them for a draw that I was never paid. This company would sell a vehicle before it went through the shop or detail, and would make us tell customers that all the cars had a diamond fusion on the windshield, and they had to buy it, which is not true. They would force the customers to buy the first place finish. If they bought a new car (that was never applied) the used cars they would force the same package on the customer and double charged them for the diamond fusion.Signatures would get forged if they couldnt get you approved through the bank that you signed on. And if you didnt get your title on time, they would give you a dealer plate to drive on until you got your title if you ever received one. Just be stay clear of this company employee and customer they will s**** you every which way they can. Ive seen it with my own two eyes. If any of my customers read this go to your bank and get warranty from them because the warranty that you was told you have isnt true is bs warranty.

      I bought a car November 2022 and didn't receive the title, it's now October 2023 and still haven't received it. I've called several times about it and I they continue to make excuses and give me the run around about the title, I'd really like to just get all the money I've paid into the vehicle and just go somewhere else to buy a car.

      I am a very unsatisfied customer. On June 12th I purchased a 2021 ***** Silverado ******************************************************************* with a Carfax. My dad and I had asked about the damage on the truck and got lied to about the damage. When asked about the damage ***** said it was from where the previous owner would kick the side of the truck when cleaning of their feet. Then when asked about the rear camera being downward and a gap on the back bumper ***** then said all trucks are like that now a days and it was caused from the previous owners hauling heavy items. Which found out later due to finally getting a ****** finding out the truck was in an accident causing moderate to severe damage. No one acted as if they knew that information. So not being truthful and honest is not the way to run a business.
