3/6/22 - was the date the initial service was provided $260 - was the amount charge. Further money was spent by myself to fix the issue myself. The business was supposed to unclog my drain. They did not and still charged me, lied to me about the services provided so I had to put more time and money to get the drain unclogged myself. They also left pipes not properly closed which left my cabinets soaked and my basement floor soaked and had to be cleaned to avoid mold or damage in the cabinet.They had offered a refund but I have never received it - I have followed up twice since it was offered and still have not heard from them or received anything. I do apologize that payment was never sent to you when I told you we would refund you originally. Truly my fault. Pace Plumbing was taken over 05/18/22 due to me joining the Army. I was not aware after I had left that the payment still not had been sent. Upon arriving home 10/05/22 I received the email notification from BBB. I mailed you a check for $300 to the address that was provided on the complaint. That was put in the mail 10/13. As of today 10/21 I still do not show that the check has been cashed. If you have not received it and need us to send it again, please let us know. Again, ****, I do apologize the inconvenience this has caused you. It was never my intention to not refund you the money. Because I do know that my employees at the time did not handle the job correctly. Nor were they professional. I sincerely apologize for that.
