On 5/10/2022 Lucky plumbing was referred to me by **** at the City of Hollister Water Dept. I had called to have them turn off my water because my bills had increasingly become so high I knew I had a leak outside. Although his invoice was so high, he it doesn’t speak of warranty of his workmanship or new parts installed. The state of Missouri says he must warranty his work. The phone calls/efforts I made trying to get him to come to just check or repair the hydrant are on the 2nd photo I uploaded.Business response

Customer did not call us right away. Customer waited several months when it was still leaking after we had left. Customer reached out to us during a snow storm and we could not just drop emergency calls with busted pipes for an outside hydrant.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
IThe leak was in the line connection below ground. It took several months before a pool of water formed above ground. The Missouri law requires the contractor to warranty his work. I was without water because it was leaking so bad at the time I called him that as a widow on a fixed income I couldn't afford the very expensive water bill.He had no intentions on fixing his work without charging me to even look at it.
