I called them on May 16 and asked for their services because something was running under my home. They sent a guy out here and set a trap. In a week&#**;s time, nothing happened. I called them and they said give it a couple more days. I called her the day after Memorial Day to ask for them to pick up the trap. He came out but didn&#**;t ring my doorbell. They charged me $150 and found a dead squirrel and $275 to initially bring the trap out. I paid approximately $400 for nothing. I am asking for a partial refund because I don&#**;t think I should have paid $400 for nothing.

      To whom it may concern,

In regards to ************************* and the complaint she has made against Wildlife Command Center - Complaint ID ********

#1. The customer understood the explanation of services and understood the cost of the service to be $275 on the first visit and $150 per removal trip of any animal caught in the trap. I am happy to provide the call recording in question if needed.

#2. We have thorough notes from the technician indicating when the technician was on site (every 3rd day) and what the status of the account was at that time.

#3. In no way did we neglect this customer and we followed all protocols and procedures set in place.

#4. This customer has now had $150 returned to her only to avoid negative backlash from the BBB and the Attorney General. We will not be accepting any responsibility for poor service as the agreement was fulfilled by our company.

If you need any further documents or recordings from the individual, I will be happy to provide them. Also, if you need any further documentation in color where you can actually see what is in the trap I can provide that as well with the geostamp that it was at her home.

I paid $98 for a consultation and inspection of my home for squirrels. So the young man came out and he was gong to come out the next Friday. He never showed. I called again to find out why he didn't come, they told me that I didn't sign papers. They made another appointment and he didn't come another two times.
