Mailed home association dues 2/22/24. Check hasn't been cashed. Called to make sure it was received. They never answer phone or call back but are quick to add a late fee. In November when I was attempting to refinance my home I called with no luck. No return call. Company I was working with called and emailed them and they took 3 weeks to respond. They can collect your money but don't ever respond when you have a question or need help with anything.Customer response

They finally cashed my check, however they never returned any of my phone calls. That is so irritating. No matter what you need them for they don't feel it's necessary to call back. They put their phone number on all correspondence for you to use if you have questions however they are never available to answer questions.
