They have posted a duplicate charge on my credit card for the exact same amount on the same day. **** **** even asked if knew another customer a ****** ******* as she also had a charge for the same amount. **** ******* verified that Opera House posted twice. Opera house and **** refuses to refund me for the second charge. I have no issues with my charge just not the second charge. I can only eat one breakfast.Business response

There is only one charge showing from our side. He went to his bank and had the initial charge for $30 from us refunded. So he got a refund for a product that was given to him. He didn't pay us for his purchase from Opera House.

How do you know I went to my bank, that bank clearly stated you charged me twice, and why in your email response did you call out another young lady by name?
You owe a refund.

****** has not completed any refund. The rotten part i had to cancel the card, which as you may know is a huge pain.Business response

He disputed with his credit card. I already have a return on the $30 he owed me that's how I know he went to his bank.
There was another charge for exactly $30 on that same day so I asked if he was affiliated with this woman. He's an idiot. I didn't charge him twice and I'm done with this.

I am rejecting this response because: In his response is and I quote ". He's an idiot. I didn't charge him twice and I'm done with this. " I don't see how this is a resolution, there is NO credit at my bank.
