Placed an order on 1/5/24 and as of today, 2/10/24 my products have not shipped. I have emailed numerous times and not received a response. I have tried to reach out on social media without a response. This is my last ditch effort to get my order or my money back so I can support a small business that actually does its job.Initial Complaint

I placed an order an 04/21/2023 from Canna Luxe Co. The order total was $22.79. The Order ***** has not been shipped out as of today 05/19/2023. The order should have been processed within a week from when the order was placed. I have emailed the company multiple times over the last 3 weeks asking for an update on my order with no response. I unsuccessfully tried to contact them via social media as well. I ordered (1) hat as a gift.Customer response

Hello, I made a purchase from this site on Feb 28. Their site says it takes 5-7 business days to ship. When two weeks passed, I received an email saying the post office awaited the item. I reached out to the business on many platforms for and update since, to this day, the tracking says awaiting an item from a merchant. They have yet to contact me or send the item.Business response

Hello, We are saddened to hear this customer did not have a great experience. This customer has made over 30 negative comments on social platforms both public and in our private messages. We advised the customer there would be a delay. Attached is proof the package was delivered to the address on file. After customer received her order, she made a public comment stating that she loves the quality of our products and wish that shipping was faster. Please note that her order was already en route to her prior to receiving this complaint and had no effect in receiving her order. Once complaint was received, the order was already in her state. We are a small, family run business with a very large demand and sometimes shipping can be delayed , however we value each customers personal experience.

I placed an order for merchandise through the website on May 15th, 2022. My account was debited, however the order still has not been delivered/received. I have reached out to the company for order status updates via email and Instagram, but have not received a response. Order# **** Total: $33.83
