      Do not use Titan Aquatics. The project was an in-ground pool. They started the project by breaking the contract showing up with the wrong material of walls. We had ordered the more expensive and better quality ones. They never once informed us or asked us for that matter until we asked them about the incorrect materials. And it went downhill from there. They made errors, both small and big, during every process of the pool build. They never once worked a full day and wouldnt show up for weeks in between, making for an incredibly long project. Their customer service is even worse. When expressing our concerns for bulging pool walls due to over back filling, guys only working 3 hours a day, a lumpy pool floor, etc we were simply ignored, given excuses, or called liars. When asked for an estimated completion date after the original one had already passed we were told, it will get done when it gets done. I am certain they will respond to this review with more excuses.You pay these guys thousands of dollars to build a pool, they should show up until your pool is completed, doing it right, and addressing your concerns head on. These guys are far from that. One of the worst experiences I have had to endure! Pool construction started at the end of March and wasnt completed until mid September. Because our cover wasnt ordered until the beginning of November (weeks after they had the needed information to place the order) we had an unsafe loose tarp covering it until January. I made the mistake of not researching Titan Aquatics thoroughly enough before the contract but since then I have read reviews with very similar experiences. Please do yourself a favor and do not use them.

      ****** it is correct that the walls of your pool were the wrong material. We did apologize for the mistake and even offered you a credit for the mistake. However, the walls that you received were actually more expensive than the ones that you wanted. So, the statement about the walls that you wanted being better quality and more expensive just isn't true. We always strive for customer satisfaction regardless of the project we are working on, and it's unfortunate that you didn't feel that process of building your new pool was a pleasant experience. Regardless of delays that were caused by your concrete sub, the liner in manufacturing, or anything else we always said to both you and ***** that our priority was delivering you a quality pool that you and your family could use for a long time, and I believe we did achieve that goal. We will go ahead and take your blame for the duration of the project. Our hope, though, is that your new pool brings your family a lot of joy during this season and beyond.
