I purchased a vehicle from Xtreme Auto Mart LLC on March 11th, based on their representation that it was in perfect condition. However, on March 24th, the vehicle broke down due to a blown engine while I was driving. I paid $4,200 in cash for the vehicle and additional expenses totaling over $1,400 for repairs, maintenance, towing, and fees. When I informed the dealer of the issue, they requested my VIN number to quote a new engine, stating that all sales are "as is," which was never disclosed prior to purchase. This contradicts their claim that the vehicle ran without issues before sale, information I was not provided.Business response

Good afternoon sales guy at Xtreme auto mart … we sale all the vehicles as is prior to purchase , once Thts done if the customer wants the vehicle we move on with purchase we never pressure no one to buy any vehicles 70 percent of our customers are word to mouth and repeat customers if anything happens to the vehicle with in 24-48 hours we always stand behind the vehicle … but every vehicle we sale his as is and the customers do get to get them pre purchase inspection prior thank u
