I hired ****** ******* in Sept 2022 to put on a new roof and do some interior work. The work he did was horrible and none of it was done right. I paid him over 11k for work I now have to pay someone else to fix. Everytime he came back he made things worse. Nows he's refusing to fix the damages. The place with my roof warranty says if it's not installed properly then my Warranty is void. He replaced my gfci outlets with wall outlets. Even put a wall outlet in my outdoor outlet. He charged me $500 to replace 4 boards on my back deck and charged me $300 for a water spicket. I never saw 1 receipt and couldn't get anything from him. I still can not use my daughter vanity cause it leaks and he never capped my drain so my house smells like sewage and I have an 8 year old daughter and animals. He also ran off with lots of materials I paid for. They were very unprofessional. When they asked for payment the whole crew was in my room and i was scared to death on what was gonna happen cause im a single mother who lives alone, so i paid him... im at a loss and not sure what to do and I feel others need to be warned about him!! I have attached our conversations, what he gave me receipt wise, reciept on what i paid for my tin (which was $2668 and he quoted me $5100 and ****** pocketed the rest of the cash), pictures of the process of their work, and what im left with now...I need help please!!Business response

I have been more than willing to fix the issues for ******. No one was in the room when I collected pmt. She had stated to me that she was happy with the work we completed. Please see attached copy. At time of pmt, I was sitting in my truck doing paperwork and my crew was in the work trailer putting up tools. I feel that I have been more than willing to help her out with her complaints. I sent a vent for her drain pipe today and will send copy of signed package once I get it back. The drain vent was missing when we were doing the work. The prices I charged her were the going rate for construction. As a contractor, I do not have to show proof of recipts to the customer as I am the one that bought the materials. I also checked with the metal supplier and they stated that the warranty is in effect so they don't know where the info came from there. Also as stated on the attachment that she signed, I had given her 300 dollars for a vanity in her kids bathroom as it had a manufacture defect and would not stop leaking. I do not agree with this at all. Each time ****** came back out his version of fixing things were with weather straps and spray foam. I've got to call other contractors for new estimates because the roof us currently coming off and winter is here... my home is so cold and drafty from daylight and air coming in around the doors and trim. These issues need fixed and I don't NOT trust ****** ******* to come back and fix them again. I just want it fixed right. I will being sening copies of estimates as soon as contractors have availability to come look at these damages.
