While working here I was harrased and discriminated against by the owner ****************** The general manager hardly did a thing about it when I reported it to her. After reporting I was treated more bitterly and no longer as a good employee they used to praise me as. A shameful disrespectful business and UNSAFE work environment.

Took my wifes Traverse to get a wash for Mother's Day. We were behind a truck covered in mud. Needless to say my wifes vehicle has scratches all over. After speaking with the owners/managers of both their locations, they refuse any wrong doing and are unwilling to even have a reasonable discussion about it. The owners are rude and unprofessional. They dont follow up on communication and act as if they are too busy to even consider their car wash caused any damage whatsoever. They claim the fancy brushes and super cameras prevent and prove no damage could or would be done.

WARNING VEHICLE DAMAGE WITH REFUSAL TO REPAIR DAMAGES!I came through with my truck for a car wash on March 13th. I purchased the Exteme Wash. After pulling out of the car wash to have it dried I parked my truck and went in to get change for a tip. As I returned to my truck I noticed a scratch above the back door on the driver's side. I pulled around and asked to speak to the manager, I got the owner *******************************. He immediately said the scratch couldn't have happened there because their brushes all rotate anx that the scratch was vertical. I pointed out that he has a large set of brushes that move up and down and are drug across the vehicle. He asked how I wanted to fix it, I told him I'd take it to a body shop. He said he'd grab a claim form. Upon returning he told me that he has very high power cameras that watch the vehicles as they enter the wash to prevent fraudulent claims and he'd see the scratch if it was there. I told him good, go look at it. I'm in and out if that door four times a day and am very aware of the condition of my truck. A few days later he called and said "All three owners (Him and his two kids)reviewed the tapes and are confident we didn't cause the damage." I was furious, I stopped in again to talk with him. I pointed out the fact that in our previous conversation he said they'd see the scratch if it was there and that is not the message he left on my phone. Not that it was there prior, but that they were confident they didn't cause it. His comment to that was "That's because it was to small to see." He then began to say "How do I know that your kids didn't do it, maybe you put something up there or maybe it happened in a parking lot."This is the kind of customer service you get from ******************************************* and *******************************. They gladly take the communities money but when they damage your vehicle he won't make right on the damages.
