              I am a transportation provider contracted through MTM. They cannot seem to answer phone calls or emails from me regarding credentialing issues. Our "handler" does not listen or seem to want to help. I have been denied a chain of command on who else to contact to try and get paid the $8K+ dollars that I have not been paid due to their negligence. Beyond the 2 "handlers" I have ZERO resources to get help. This is by far the worst decision ******** could have made in contracting MTM as its transportation company for their residents.

              This place is an absolute joke and have no idea how they are still operating. We arranged two separate transportation appointments, weeks in advance, for my mother, who is bed bound, to go to the doctor. The first appointment was to be picked up at 8:15 for a 9 am arrival. The driver told us her received the call to come at 8:40, which caused us to be 45 minutes late for her surgery, almost not being able to happen. Today, 11/04/24, the driver was supposed to be here at 9:55am for a 10:30 am drop-off, with her first appointment with a pain doctor, and the driver didn't even show up. After the very long and painful phone call to MTM, to find out where our driver was. The woman had no idea and remained silent on the phone for 10 minutes. Finally after calling again to cancel the return trip, the woman said the driver was on their way to us one hour after our doctors appointment time. What? I feel this is an insurance scam and I am going to cover every avenue to get these people shut down. BBB please pay attention to this scam company. This will not be the last they hear from me, I assure you.
