I sent this email to ****** the GM on 8/6, no response as of today. I wanted to send a complaint about last night's show. I completed the survey that was sent via email but would like to speak with the GM before taking this to corporate. If you all didn't receive my survey response, the information is below. Yesterday I called the admin office to confirm that I would be taken to my seat via golf cart. The person in the office told be I would be fine to get to my wheelchair seat. When I got there, a manager working named ***** argued with me back and forth and was very rude. She tried to tell me that I wouldn't be able to be taken to my seat and I would have to walk up there and that was not an option. She kept talking with her hands and getting nasty. I asked to speak with someone else and she went and got ***. I watched her do the same thing to him. He came over to me and told me that it would be a hazard to take me to my seat in a crowd of people. I let him know that didn't make any sense when they don't take the golf carts through the crowd but through the back behind the gate. As someone with a disability and needing accessible assistance yesterday, i was not happy at all. *** informed me that he would take me as far as he could but he couldn't come and get me, which again didn't make any sense. He stated it was because it was a sold out concert. The capacity of the concert should not have any impact on you all being about to help a customer who followed protocol, to get assistance. Once in my seat, i noticed that we were jam packed and tight next to each other. I reached out to ***** (****) and he stated that basically they sold wheelchair accessible over capacity to get people in the concert which again isn't fair and unacceptable. I paid over $150 per ticket on 8/5 and was treated awfully. I left early to start walking to the exit and was knocked over twice which should not have happened because when I called and normally at the concert.Business response
