Topps did an unacceptable paving job for our subdivision. Had hired them years ago and they were. Ok. Not now. Zero communication with subdivision and even less within the company. Very sloppy work and unprofessional. They left ragged edges on the asphalt and potholes unrepaired. Impossible to work with. Not recommended.

I had this company come out to do a drain next to my concrete driveway for water runoff 4 years ago. After this amount of time the drain has breached away from the edge of the driveway and the water runoff is not entering the drain but going in front of it. I called them back twice and each time I was told *** would call me back. That has not happened. Very disappointed on no return phone calls.

I do not recommend this company. They did some work for us a little over a year ago. The bid seemed very reasonable. They came out and did quite a bit of patchwork to our parking lot and the areas that they repaired looked very good when completed. However, when they came out several weeks later to seal the lot, the ******* contacted our office and stated that all the patchwork wasnt completed and that we should have that done before they sealed the parking lot. This was about 10% of an area compared to the 90% they had already completed. So they had their estimator come out to see what was not completed. A few days later, they gave me another estimate that was almost as much as the original repair charge. Since we decided we did not want to pay double the charge to do the small additional 10% area we just had them seal the lot.We called back this spring to get another estimate on having that small area finally completed and have been getting the runaround for several weeks. They havent returned our calls. Finally today they answered and said they dont do that type of work anymore. We will be looking for a new asphalt company to repair our parking lots.

Topps power washed and sealed my concrete driveway. **** did a great job. He was prompt, efficient and very responsive to my questions. Five stars!!

Topps misdiagnosed a drainage problem of water pouring in garage after it rains. All I needed was a seal for garage door. Instead they put in ugly looking drains and tore up my driveway pavement and lawn. I called my credit card company and the payment was put in dispute. I finally got my money back but there were extensive damages to my driveway and lawn even after they covered the holes with mismatching asphalt. They never fixed the lawn dug up for the drains.They promised to come back ASP and repave the entire driveway because it looked so bad if I would pay over $4,000 and I would pay an additional $300 to cover holes from drains. I agreed to this because I thought they would do this immediately and I signed a contract. They covered holes but driveway really looked terrible ( neighbors and friends agreed) because different asphalt repairs all over. I thought they would repave entire driveway but they never showed up after I signed a contract in July 2021. They told me they would fix it in the fall of 2021 and then pushed it to the spring of 2022. They never showed up. My driveway looked horrible for over a year and they tried not to take my calls. I do not recommend this company Topps Asphalt they do not care about their work or the customer. I finally had this fixed by a company that cared about their work showed up and were polite.
