We made the mistake of not calling Franklin Billiards first to move a table we purchased on ******** Marketplace. After dealing with the run arounds of the company (if you want to call them that) we did get to move the table for nearly 4 weeks we finally gave up and found our way to Franklin. ***** and **** saved the day. They had our table put back together with new bumpers and felt with in just a couple days and just in time for our annual holiday party! Would have saved a few hundred dollars if we would have found them first and had really looked at the reviews of both companies. Hind sight. I will go No where else for my pool table needs in the future, in fact, I already bought a couple new sticks for the party from them. I needed my pool table moved to install a new carpet. The entire process was the model of excellent customer experience, from the initial call to understand what needed to happen, the various options, scheduling the work and then performing the work. When we needed to move home, I called to understand the process and cost - and again received a wonderful customer experience including a lot of advice so I could talk with the moving company.This is a great company to work withFranklin Billiard Co Inc Response

We purchased a used pool table about 20 years ago from a private party. Brought it back to our house disassembled, and had Franklin do the set-up and it was great!When our daughter got out of the Navy she asked for the pool table for her home. Franklin did the year down and reassembly there and it was perfect.Our daughter is now growing her family and needed the space, so we had Franklin once again tear down and re-assemble back at our house.Every step of the way they were prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. What a great wife and husband team!! I had ridiculous good service while building my dream table at Franklin Billiard From the moment I started the process with *****, to the completion of my table assembled by ****, I knew I was in very good hands. I built an Olhausen, the best in billiards, and couldnt be more happy with the play and look of the table.
