Purchased a used vehicle from ********************* at Keller Motors approximately a year ago. He withheld information about the vehicles history, specifically that it had been previously wrecked. I hadn't had the car 10 days when the check engine light came on. Took it to the dealer and I was told there was moisture in a cylinder and the coil pack was replaced. The check engine light had come on again shortly after the repair so I took it back to the service department. They did an oil change and said there was a leak. Leak was not fixed at that time, but engine light was cleared. Light came on again, I reported low oil, low coolant, and smoke coming from the exhaust. I took the car back to the service department. They had my car for over a month and "couldn't get it to act up." They cleared the code. I picked my car back up and engine light came on again. I contacted the service department and they informed me that they cannot find anything wrong with the vehicle and that the error code "is not an active code." I inquired about the former leak I was told about, and they noted there was no leak, although one had never been fixed. I took my car to a different dealerships service department and they immediately found that the car needs a total engine replacement which will cost around $9,000. The extended warranty that was sold to me does not cover the engine. The moisture in the cylinder was coolant leaking into it. I have reached out to the company on multiple occasions and I am always told they "need to do some research," and I was never contacted back before I ultimately chose to take it to a different service department. I had went back and forth with them for months with no resolution.

I took my van into H3230**38303838373233H to be fixed in June. I was quoted a price of $750 to fix the van because the transmission was slipping and getting stuck in third gear. After having my van for 2 1/2 months, they increased the price to $1,060, and fired the man who quoted me $750. When I picked the van up 8/28/23 it barely made it a mile down the road before getting stuck into neutral then third gear. I was horrified about this. I also told them my AC was blowing hot hair but blew cold air before going into the shop. They said it was no way it could have been their fault. I told them I didn&#**;t believe that them pulling on my radiator and transmission wouldn&#**;t have caused the issue. Two days later I called to follow up on the progress of my van. They did not follow up with me like they said they would. I picked my van up 8/31/23 and it&#**;s not running as well as it did before. They looked at my AC and quoted me a price of $4,000 to fix it. I feel like they screwed me over in this situation.
