They keep calling me multiple times daily on different numbers after I told them I didn't warn to speak with them. When I block the calls, they use a different number!A very unhappy person!!!

I am astounded to the point of my eyes popping out, that BBB dares to assign an A+ rating to this so-called "business" an A+ rating after receiving one hundred percent negative reviews of this shyster, fraudulent c*** of an entity presumably just because they pay a few bucks in membership fees. The BBB should be ashamed of its participation in perpetuating a fraud upon the public. I demand that BBB drop this fraud of a "business!!!" from its list immediately and cease its participation in committing and furthering fraud upon the public by this so-called "don't-make-me-laugh" business.P.S. I ask BBB's forgiveness for the harsh language, but I just don't know how else to get through to you in understanding your responsibility and taking your business seriously.A concerned and extremely disappointed citizen 9/24/2024

They call repeatedly and threaten to come to your house. They are bill collectors they are rude and simply call you trying to make you afraid by saying they will contact your employer. Whelp Im self employed so good luck with that! Total idiots in a call center. Dont pay them anything they are rude and dont seem to like it when you return the favor.

Called multiple times day and night for the past weeks about some bogus account in collections. When I asked which account, they wouldn't provide any details and then got nasty with me and hung up.Disgusting business and nasty people.

This company called me on my cell phone, asking for my sister who died seven years ago, and never shared a phone number with me. When I asked how they got my number and/or what kind of business they, they refused to explain why they were calling the bereaved family member of a deceased person. Disgusting!

This company calls me 5 times a day 7 days a week. When I do not say "YES" to their question of my name they get nasty. They will not tell me what their company does nor will they tell me how they got my phone number.I have told them never to call me again as I have no idea who they are, what they do, or how they got my name and phone number. My next step is to call the FCC, FTC, and my local police to file harassment charges against them. As far as I am concerned they deserve negative 100,000 stars.

This company called me repeatedly for weeks. Multiple times I answered the phone and asked them to send me a letter detailing my debt before I could give them my social security number over the phone. I used to be a debt collector, I get it...you can't give information without confirming the party is the debtor BUT I also know you can use more than just a social security number to verify an account. When I kept asking the gentleman to send me a letter detailing the debt all he said was "we did". I never received a communication from them and when I tried to confirm my address with him he wouldn't until I gave him my social. I just received a text message at 11:02AM, when I called back on my lunch break to again ask for a letter, he told me they no longer held my account. There are right and wrong ways to be a debt collector and these are the wrong ways.

They have been calling me every day for the last couple weeks from the same local phone number requesting I give them personal identifying information without telling me who they are or what theyre calling for. They simply repeat their business name and refuse to tell me what kind of business they handle. I have no debt or collections with anyone so I can only assume that they are a scam and I am reporting them to the local police.

Today 3/1/2022 I contacted Client Services Inc. 7 times. The first few times I called, I explained that I was trying to pay my debt that they were servicing on behalf of another company. The first 4 times I called, they insisted transferring me to a different department and the call went to an unidentified voicemail or just disconnected entirely. On the 5th phone call, I explained that each time they transferred me there was an issue. I asked for a direct number and they provided a different number. I called that number and it was the same person that gave me the number. I then asked what department they were attempting to transfer me to and they refused to provide that information and offered a supervisor. I said yes I will speak with a supervisor, and then I was transferred yet again to another unidentified voicemail that sounded identical to the "department" they attempted to transfer me to previously. The 6th phone call they hung up on me before talking to me. I then contacted the debt owner and they had me contact a different company. The 7th call was to advice Client ************ to never contact me again regarding the debt they originally called me on and asked for their legal team so that I could get an address to mail a cease and desist to. They refused. Also please note that the company profile on BBB is incorrect, ********************************* has been dead for over a two years now. If Client Services Inc would like to contact me to address this refusal to assist me when I called, they may call me. I will no longer discuss my debt with them though.
