      This store was great, AT FIRST. The employees all seemed nice and I never had any problems whatsoever, until one of their employees left multiple deep scratches on my truck. He left these scratches on my truck by dragging a hose across the side of it (the hose had lots of gravel and other debris all over it).I wasn't worried about it at first, as all of my experiences with this company were great. The company manager, ******, told me that it was not a problem and that they would completely cover the cost. I went to the dealership and sent them the quote and they said that there is no way they were paying the quoted price. They told me that I needed to get a quote from their paint repair guy, which I did. I drove over an hour to get a quote from their guy, and they said that they were not paying his price either. The company completely flat-out lied, telling me that I told their employee to get in the bed of my truck to fill the chemical tank that was in it (I go to this store to buy liquid chlorine in bulk). This is how the company has ALWAYS filled the tank, so why would this one be different? They said since I "asked" the employee to do this, I was the one liable, so they would not be paying to fix their mistake.They proceeded to tell me that I am not welcome at the store anymore. They also are not responding to any messages.I am so surprised by all of this, the company seemed so great at first, but they are absolutely horrible. I will now have to spend my own hard-earned money to fix thi

      Where do I begin?! Worst pool company ever!!!! We spent over $8000 on a new pool liner. Our in-ground pool is 24'x 48' (pretty large). Two employees came and installed the liner which took them about 1 week to finish. Initially I could tell the liner was too small as the corners were stretched to the *** and not hugging/flushed with the wall, as well as the upper corner was not tucked in all the way. We had our concerns so they came back and installed liner locks which looked absolutely hideous and did not work at all. The corners, and now the sides were falling in places. This went on and on. A quick fix then the liner would fall, again. We had a balance due, but explained we would not pay them until yhe pool liner was installed correctly. I explained we wanted to be home when they fixed the liner so we can see exactlynwhat they were doing and discuss options with them. They disregarded my request and never came out to the scheduled appt time. It is also impossible to get ahold of anyone, or the right person for that matter. I went back through the contract, and paperwork they left us, actually showing that they had the measurements wrong and were off by 1 ft. They argued and told me the measurements were correct. I have two different forms proving they are wrong. They then threatened to take us to court if we didn't pay the balance. Again I explained the job wasn't done correctly and the liner was too small. It took them weeks to come out and again fix the corners. Now potentially causing more damage with rain getting behind the liner. This went on for 3 months. No one ever took accountability and they wanted to charge us an additional $500 for liner locks around the entire pool. Absolutely not! Finally someone apologized and charged us $150 for the liner locks. I have many pictures of our liner and the faulty work they provided. Even the correspondence with the employees, as well as the paperwork they lied on. ***** is an awful person to work with as well.

      We bought a sand filter from Four seasons last 4th of July weekend. The sale person told us if we have any problems to call them even on above ground pool. We were fighting all year with algie to find out at end of year that our chlorinator was bad which we did not purchase from them. So we never found out if the sand filter was working properly. Because our pool cover blow off pool, we had to empty out pool and start over. We did not get pool ready til June. When starting up pool we knowticed that the tube were water is discharged for backwash was leaking we called Wentzville location and told us that the seal was bad and we had to get another one. They made us pay for a new one even though it was less then a year old. I have been cleaning my parents pool over 30 years and not once have I had so much trouble with a pool company not backing up thier equipment they sell or even have equipment break that fast. When I call for service, now they tell me they only service below ground pools. I will never by equipment from Four seasons if they can't back up the quality of thier products.

      My partner, 70 and a victim of ******** Disease and macular degeneration, recently purchased a railing for our inground pool as he was having difficulty getting in and out of the pool. I contacted Four Seasons Pool and Spa to install the rail. They charged us $600.00 dollars to drill four holes into the concrete to secure the railing, the representative was here for twenty minutes and I even gave him the drill bit that came with the railing that I had ordered from ******. I was told that charge double for any items that are not ordered from them. I feel that this company has taken advantage of this elderly couple. i received a very nasty letter from the company and told to take my business elsewhere. Before signing anything anything please read, they have a contract that one contract fits all services, let alone the writing was too small for me to read. I definitely believe they have no compassion for their senior community,
