I entered in to a contract for siding on my house with Arrowhead Construction on 8/24/22. We were to pay $32706 as pictured on the attached invoice. We paid half up front and the second half was to be paid upon completion. There is an attached image of the first check. They were to put new siding on my house and new downspouts for the guttering. It took them several months to start on this project due to the time it took to order supplies. They began the project at the beging of October. They had to take down the guttering on the house when they put the siding on. They were supposed to put that guttering back up and install new downspouts. Some of that guttering was just installed in January 2022 when the roof was replaced on the house. We also had new leaf guard on all the guttering that had been installed in January. Instead of putting the guttering back in place, out guttering was thrown away. I reached out to the owner of the company, ****. He stated that this was their error and that they would put new guttering and leaf guards on the house. This conversation took place on October 23, 2022. He also stated that he had to pay his siding crew and requested that I pay another portion if what I owed. I complied and paid $13000 more at that time as seen on the attached image. Since that time, he has been difficult to reach. I have spoken with him several times and he has assured me that the company will put guttering on, but they have yet to do so. He stated that the guttering will be difficult to install due to the flashing; however, we never had any issues with the guttering that had been in place. We have reached out to him with concerns of water entering the house when it rains due to the lack of guttering. He stated someone would take care of that issue and no one had made any contact with us. It has now been approximately 6 weeks and no progress has been made. I would like the work completed on my house before we end up with foundation damage.Business response

The BBB spoke with ****, the Owner of Arrowhead Construction on 1/11/2023. He stated that although the job was not completed as soon as he had hoped, the job is complete, with new gutters and leaf guards. The job has been paid in full as well.
