I went to them and bought a car on Mar. 12, 2024. The day I got the car it was driving ok. The next day I let them know that the transmission was slipping. So they came and put transmission fluid in there. The mechanic there told me to take my car to his friend. The guy kept waiting to get the transmission. Once I got it, they said it will be a 6 hour thing or a day. I never got the car back. They put a bad transmission in it. I have been after him to get my money back or put me in a different car. I gave him $5,000 for the car. He is supposed to get me inside another car. I have been calling and texting him and he will not answer the phone. I would like my money back - $5,075.00.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: My issue is not resolved. I was brought a loaner car while they work on my vehicle. The business is working with me but my issue has not yet been resolved.

We gave the vehicle back to the consumer and we have text messages saying thank you so much from her. She said her car is driving great and appreciate that we fixed her car.
