I bought a car from them and the transmission was slipping. He came and picked up the car and has never returned it to me. He didn**;t give me the temp tags or the title to the car a week later after I had the car.I want them to pay for the Uber rides I have had to take since they had my car and I want a refund.Initial Complaint

In 02/2023 I bought a 2007 Benz for $3500. Within 3 days I was having issues with the car and have had issues everyday going forward from the battery to sensors , etc . I was advised from ****** ****** (seller of the car) that the sensors would be replaced but they were not . On 05/04/2023 I requested my title but because the seller wanted ****** ********* **** ** and I refused , I was disrespected and denied completion of my paperwork which is against the law . Im writing now to get a resolution before escalating to court .Business response

I purchased a 2014 **** focus from this place which is so called Global auto plex. I noticed that the name and address on my bill of sale is different from where I purchased my car which was in ********** *********** bought the car in March 2022, for ******** cash! I was told the title she be in about 2wks they'll mail it to me since I live in st.louis. Here it's going on almost 10 months and I still have no title. All they have bn doing is telling me there was something wrong with how the original owner sent it off and there still waiting. They was emailing me temporary tags know since I've expressed my frustrations of waiting having a car I can't register or do anything with without a title the man that I was in communication with since I purchased the car his name is ***** when I told him I'm about to take this a step further because all I want is the title, he told me do what I gotta do and he doesn't take light to threat's. He's not responding to txt messages and the main number to the office is disconnected. I just want my title and to be done with the foolishness they have taken me thru.Initial Complaint

I purchased a vehicle from an illegal dealer at global Autoplex named **************************. He is i suing the owners dealer number to purchase vehicles form auctions and sell them to unsuspecting consumers. I made the purchase on April 15 2022. I paid mandonn **** cash. After purchasing vehicle i took it to get checked out at an auto shop called bass by my home. They told me The vehicle had a bad transmission. I contacted him immediately and gave the car back after havin go it 7 days. I was told i could not get a refund because he had to sell the car back in the auction and let them check it out and the auction would cut a check and i would be reimbursed. The owner of the dealership ******? Said the check would come in his name. I also did my registration with ****** and paid him 230 for plates and title. I never recieved either of those. ****** is still to this very day saying he has to order a title for the car so that he can turn it in to auction and get check and then reimburse me. Every time i call he says this same story for 5 months now. He never even ordered title with my ****************************************************************************************************************** a refund 5 months later. I never got any paper work or title. I was told the vehicle sold again in the auction for ****. I just want my **** cash back that i paid to ************************** who is an illegal dealer at global autoplex.Initial Complaint

I purchased a car from this dealer on April 8th. It had a 15 day warranty on it from the dealer. He told me when I bought it that if anything happened to it within that time frame, he would take care of it. Two days after I purchased it, a head gasket blew and it was not drivable. I took it to a mechanic. I let the dealer know by voicemail. I texted him and he didn**;t respond. Finally he responded and told me that he wouldn**;t do anything about it unless it was the engine or transmission fail. He told me he didn**;t work on Saturday. I took it to the dealer with the mechanic. The dealer then accused me of having buyer**;s remorse and left us there on the lot. I have text messages from him. I paid $4500 for the car. I paid in cash; I have a receipt.
