I used this company for a brand new hvac and furnace. It would not pass county inspection. They shoved the wrong size filter in it and ***** rigged the wiring. When I called to complain it wouldn't pass they actually laughed at me. Emails and voice-mail go unanswered. Took 4 service calls and a complaint to the owner before the brand new unit was even working! Paid cash in full and was treated like absolute garbage. Total rip off and nothing but problems. One gentleman sliced his wrist open and was bleeding so bad they had to return 3 more times to finish the original Job. Owner said he would make it right but never comped a dime. Do not recommend!

Service response was quick and fine. Technician was knowledgeable. However I have as charged $320 per pound of R22 Freon refill. I feel it is over priced. Based on my internet search it should cost between $150 to $175.

Great service. Knowledgeable tech explained situation clearly as i knew nothing about this type of thing. **** gave some recommendations and what to do regarding upkeep of the unit. Happy with everything

Thank you so much for servicing my air cobditioner unit. I made a call and told what the unit was doing I was told to shut it off until a tech come to look at it.They came the very same day and fix the problem in less than 15 minutes.Needless to say I was so grateful and would recommend them to my friends and family, as well as anyone who need service.The tech was also nice and friendly and that too is a big plus.Thanks again to the obe who answered the phone to the tech who came and service the unit.God bless you all!!

Everyone at **** is knowledgable and professional. I'd been working with *********** for the last 4 years and the difference is remarkable. ****'s a great tech and ***** stays on top of things. Parts were a problem like everything else these days but I'd highly recommend this business.

If I could give zero stars than I would. I went with this company after reading the reviews online. The biggest mistake I could have made. Let's start with the hot water heater. They installed the hot water heater, that night no hot water. Technician came out the next day and informed me that the 2 elements were broken. They replaced those. I'd come home some days with **** warm water and other days hot. After a few technicians later saying different things they finally brought out a new one to install. That problem was resolved. The furnace started with the thermostat saying 66 but it was extremely hot in the house. Technician came out and said that it was a faulty thermostat. He replaced that. A Day or 2 later the thermostat was saying 66 and it was cold in the house. They installed another thermost. Then the furnace was running non stop. Sent a different technician out and he said that that thermostat needed an add on wire attached so, he went to get one of those, installed that and it resolved that problem. Then the ** unit, when I started using that it was short cycling. They came out and said that they had to install another return in the house so that air would cycle appropriately. That did not fix the issue. They came out to replace the unit outside with a smaller unit and spent 8 hours here, tried to install 2 different units and said that they weren't working. They would contact the manufacturer and see if it was a bad batch. They left and the initial unit was hooked back up. The manager said he would contact me when he heard something. I never heard from him. I had to have another company come out and they had everything fixed within 2 hours. It came down to bad wiring installation and a non compatible thermostat. The new company fixed in 2 hours what this company could not find a resolution for in 7 months. Horrible customer service. In 7 months they had been out at my house roughly 15 times due to issues with their installed system

Have dealt with this company for many years. Their technicians are very forthcoming with knowledge and information. Office staff are always lovely to deal with as well. Have never had any issues and the one time we did the owner reached out to me and corrected the issue. Will always recommend ****!!!
