      Not only did I go through work place discrimination, I was lied on, my field and paperwork was altered due to my race an the way I spoke up for myself as an employee, the way the head talked down on the employees is f****** ridiculous an they must have forgotten that freedom of speech was a thing when it came to employees also. The fact that not only did I have car issues an called in every day the ****************** claimed I never did an I have the phone records to show so. The lack of respect for employees. Thank you for showing me how NOT to run a business they constantly hold a day to hire due to lack of staff. They fired me an claimed I quit. When I started asking for my personal file an getting a copy of things they claimed I was very rude an disrespectful. But altering documents is very rude an disrespectful, judging others is rude an disrespectful, sitting in a place of authority an looking down on others whom work for you is very disrespectful, not giving the clients proper care is very disrespectful. I have photos of before and after I was fired of my clients homes an the neglect they went through by this company who claims they have a high standard. Whom claims they are better because they have a title. What is even more sad is they think an a former employee they could intimidate, belittle, gaslight, as well as manipulate an control. This company needs to be investigated an definitely someone needs to come in like I did an speak up. The clients need to be spoken to individually without Advantage even knowing as a further investigation

      In light of the seriousness of your claims, we conducted a thorough internal investigation. We found no evidence of wrongdoing. On the contrary, it was revealed that two of our team members made extra efforts to arrange transportation for you to and from a clients home. You chose not to accept these offers.

      We understand that transportation issues can be frustrating, but it's crucial for us to provide timely and effective services to our clients, who rely on us for their needs. We regret that this situation has led to false allegations and questioned our organization's integrity

      If 0 was an option thats what I would put. This is BY FAR THE WORST agency I have EVERY worked with. My child is disabled and we went for WEEKS without services with no call back from the office. They dont bother answering the phone in the **** location most of the time and when they do its ********* & so will call you back but they NEVER do. Its hurtful that they show NO regards to the care of my loved one. Ive never had ( not one) care giver who did anything from the care plan with some prompting. All they do is sit on the phone & watch trashy tv. Some agencies are dedicated to the care of their clients. This one is not. It breaks my heart every time I need someone and they are a no call no show.

      My client is very upset with them. Stopped working for them in March 2024. They still have active in the system. Casemanger asking for verification still haven't responded its been almost 3months. The client hasn't been cared for with assistance because of this poor company. He needs assistance severely bad don't care about the clients and attendants. Highly Don't recommend them no communication

When you initially communicated your decision to leave our company, both you and the client preferred to have only you provide care, and indicated that your absence would be temporary. In accordance with our commitment to honoring client preferences, we refrained from assigning a replacement caregiver and placed you on hold pending your return and the client's readiness to resume services.Regrettably, on April 30th, you informed us of your decision not to return, prompting us to deactivate your status accordingly. It is important to note that the client participates in a consumer directed program, wherein they exercise authority over their caregivers. As administrators of the service, we diligently adhere to their directives and ensure compliance with their insurance regulations.Throughout this process, we made repeated attempts to assist the client in securing alternative arrangements, but encountered resistance due to their steadfast preference for your return.       I have been using this health care place for my mother for a year or more They are terrible with communication and so un organized even the workers are complaining I have been through so many different caregivers in last yr The caregivers are no shows or call off in 3 months 1 missed 12 days of work and then ended up leaving just after start time saying she quit because of all the issues she was having with this employer Ya so there I was stranded with ** care for my mother whom is 90 Then took them a month to find another one Sent me the best one yet she was only her 2 wks and they pulled her from me because they had someone else Im beside myself angry Makes my job harder because Im late for work and worrying when ** at work grateful I have great boss and work for good company

The largest challenge that we face as a home care agency ,every day, is staffing. Finding quality and reliable caregivers has become more and more challenging, especially post pandemic. Our caregivers and clients are everything to us and we are sad to hear about the *** and downs over the past year. I have escalated your review to upper and local management in effort to stay on top of things as best we can for you and your mother. Please understand some things are out of our control and we are absolutely trying our best in a very tough hiring world out there right now. We at Advantage will continue to do anything we can to provide the best service to all of our Caregivers and CareReceivers.
