I had Bought Total of 4 fine vacuums from them and the first one was good the second one ended up not working so I called them and they said well you're gonna have to call **** So I called **** and they said talk to Beaver and so I called Beaver back and then no one got back to me forever I called several times and they said will get back to you or busy and so I waited and I waited and then I finally called them back and then they said all will send you a a UPS thing to send it back then I was like OK well it seems like they're good on their word so I went and bought two more and I never actually got the UPS thing but when they sent the two vacuums that I ended up getting the ended up not sending the vacuum bags like I requested and that I paid for and so I called them up and I said where is my other vacuum bags and I still haven't received my UPS thing in so then I ended up opening up the new vacuums and they ended up falling apart and not actually working properly I was very stunned at the quality of **** and then I called them up and they said will return them as well if you have a problem and I've been trying for the last couple months to try to get them to send me something to get these Vacuums return and they have neglected to get back to me and then I finally got a hold of someone and they said well it's been too long and I'm like well I'm sorry but I've called several times and you said you were gonna come and send me what I needed to get these vacuums back while it's been too long now and I'm like well I have done the research and called the right people and asked for you to return these and now I have been to the point of back-and-forth and back-and-forth and I'm just sick and tired of it I don't understand how this company can put their new business before their previous business that they were supposed to take care of I just want them to take them back and get my money back so I can get different types of vacuums that actually will work *****Business response

On 5/24/2021 purchased two ***********, Fein Turbo II X AC Wet/Dry Dust Extractors and four ***********, Fein Non-woven filter bags, premium, qty 5. We ask that any issues with the tools are reported within 3 days of delivery. We didn't hear from the customer until almost 7 months later. Although beyond the scope of an eligible return, a return good authorization and a label was created and sent to the customer 1/25/2022 with Tracking Number:******************, which as you can see attached, was never used to send back the tools to get a refund or a replacement sent. At this point, we aren't hearing back from the customer until an additional 5 months has passed, and we aren't able to do anything at this point. The best course of resolution since it has been nearly a full year since the order was placed is to have it replaced under the manufacturer warranty, under the discretion of the manufacturer, Fein. I will not accept this answer because they have continue to put me on the back burnerim not trying to be mean about this
I'm just looking for proper service and a quality product like I was promised and my missing 1 pack of bags I'll send pictures next if I have to
I'm not sure how to add to this
see I get that u have lots of people working for u but I was Continue to talk to **** witch was my sales guy I will continue tell resolved I can get phone records and much more if they want to pay me for my time which has been being wasted over these 4 Vacuums
