Horrible experience with Glendale. I guarantee we will NEVER ever purchase anything from this dealership. The sales associates were rude, condescending and arrogant. If I hear of somebody I know that is looking for a vehicle, Glendale will NEVER come out of my mouth. It's a shame because I just bought a very expensive Jeep on Saturday from a dealership that was respectful and wanted our business. I will definitely be spreading the word around how rude, condescending, and arrogant Glendale sales associates. When I arrived for my appointment, the staff was unfriendly. They remained huddled together and refused to welcome me or make any effort to engage. I eventually interjected and was greeted with grunts and moans - no verbal communication. My service had a few additional suggested add-ons that were both expensive and poorly communicated. When I picked up my car, I was greeted with the same rudeness that welcomed me a couple hours earlier. I will look elsewhere for service next time.Glendale Chrysler Jeep Response

If I could choose anywhere else next time, I will. This was, for the second time, the worst service experience Ive ever had. The check in process starts with someone who cant be bothered to acknowledge your presence, dismisses your concerns & reasons for being there and instead makes it about getting a recall update performed so the techs can get paid more for the recall work. When they called for pickup all they said was its ready. I called back for more details before I drove down there& got rude, short answers about the recall that was fixed but nothing about why we originally brought it in. When I picked it up, I asked again about a screen issue we were having and was told I dont know anything about screens in jeeps. Sorry. Overall a terrible, unhelpful experience resulting in us seeking service from elsewhere. Do not recommend to anyone.Glendale Chrysler Jeep Response

People were friendly but they didn't fix the problem. A day after getting my car after a week in the shop, the problem light reappeared. I dropped it off a second time and they didn't touch the vehicle claiming the part hadn't come in due to the strike but it was ordered. They said that they would call when the part arrived which was 2 months ago and the only notification was asking about my experience. They have wasted $300 of my money between Ubers and maintenance program fees. And the warning light is still on as I can't get it fixed by anyone else because they filed it with my maintenance plan.Glendale Chrysler Jeep Response
