We contracted with this company to have a 4 season room added to our home. The salesman that was in our home told us the room would take about 3 weeks to build once they broke ground. We signed the contract and paid our deposit in October ******************************************************** the spring of 2023. We had a number of issues with the room. We even had the owner *** to our home to see the issues we were dealing with. Things did get better for a short period of time. The build of the room didnt start until June 2023 and was not completed until October 2023. We have had a number of issues with how the water runs off the room. We still have a leak in one of the skylights. We have had a number of appointments to have the leak looked at. They even actually showed up and replaced one of the skylights saying the one that was put in was the wrong one. That skylight still leaks and as usual it takes multiple calls to them to get an appointment set. We just want them to fix the issue. We paid all their payments and feel like they have all our money and now they dont care that the room leaks

Patriot Sunrooms prides itself on providing exceptional customer service for all of our customers.  We do understand that this leak in skylight has been an ongoing issue, and we have made several attempts to rectify the issue and are equally frustrated with the situation, however, we guarantee our workmanship as per our contract and will resolve this issue.  We were at the residence recently to service one of the skylights and apparently that one is still leaking.

With the amount of rain, we had in the last couple of days, it has been a challenge at getting to a service such as this one.  We scheduled a return appointment yesterday with them for the 15th of November to service both skylights at the same time.

I had a sunroom installed that the ceiling has leaked consistently since its installation. I reached out several time through out the years and the did send some one out to repair it, but Im still having the same issues,. They are refusing to take responsible for coming back and repairing the same leak. I have call They are refusing the owner of the company to talk to me. I spoke to who states that it was delegated to him. and I have not been able to speak to *** regarding this manner. I was accused me of not paying the last service call. I asked them to send evidence that shows that I did not pay the $141.50 for a service fee in 2019.I have not bill received a bill at all. Now they are trying to charge me another $225 to come out and look at it.

Patriot Sunrooms has an outstanding reputation in our community and our industry.  After several conversations with the owners of our company, we have elected to waive all service fees for this complaint and service his room this time at no charge.  The previous balance is also waived, and we will address the leak.

We signed a contract for an outdoor overhang & concrete on 8/11/2022. The salesmen, the owner & his son, told us they were about 14-16 weeks out, but could be completed by the week of Thanksgiving, barring any delays from manufacturing. They were to do the concrete work between "Sept, maybe Oct." After nothing was scheduled, I inquired about the plans for concrete on 10/21. On 11/3, the foreman showed up unannounced to the house stating the bid for concrete work was too expensive & that they would do the work. On 11/4, Patriot sent an e-mail that materials were still on schedule. On 11/9, I inquired on the status of concrete & was told there was no new information. On 11/14, Patriot said the weather was now not ideal & would need 3 days of warmer weather. On 11/18, I reached out to Patriot as warmer weather was scheduled for the next week. On 11/21, Patriot stated concrete will have to wait until spring, but the patio cover could start. The project was to take 3 days once started. The project started on 12/13. Numerous issues surfaced as crew explained "plans & drawings were bad" & aspects promised at time of sale were not possible. These were brushed off as misunderstandings, but we would have to compromise. During construction, crew broke pieces of siding, scuffed areas of the project, broke our gate, came through the ceiling & wall of our kitchen bay, mismatched paint colors during repairs, & left the area generally dirty. After several aspects were reworked due to unappealing finishing, the crew wrapped up on 3/3/2023. Still unhappy as aspects were left as "best we can do," we asked to meet with the foreman & salesman. Patriot acknowledged the severe delay from the original project timeline & promised again to address the poor finishing work. During concrete work, they hit one of the support beams & informed us that if we wanted their poor work to be fixed, we would have to pay extra for new concrete. Now they want payment without resolution to stated issues.

We have met with our customer 4 times before the concrete and addressed the concerns with them already.  The concrete issue and subsequent damage was new and have not been addressed due to the concrete was just recently done.  Our suggestion is that our foreman and concrete contractor meet with the customer to address all new concerns and damage immediately.  We will reach out to the customer and set up another meeting.

I have not relied to Patriot’s message as the totality of the issues have yet to be resolved. While they came out and spoke with us and took some corrective action, some items are still waiting to be addressed. Patriot has stated they will address the issues, but it is premature to close the complaint until they follow through.

Mr. ******** is correct, not all the items have been completed as we still have work to do there.  We are working on getting the items done.

Originally called PATRIOT because of a Sun-room they installed (40) years prior (their first year of inception). 2022, (40) years later called PATRIOT for another project. Salesman **** ***** came out, stated he was the son of the owner. He spent a great of time here and eventually closed a same day sale. **** was provide a service of a Concrete Coating on our front stoop, staircase and stripe across our driveway. **** took an extraordinary amount of time measuring the width/ length/ height of each individual step.  After the initial meeting with ****, it seemed that PATRIOT dropped the ball of contacting us for a reasonable schedule day for installation. I had to initiate the scheduling of an appointment myself. Finally after having to leave messages I received a call back. However time still seemed to unusually pushed out (for what reason I do not know). Finally just recently, while we were on a family vacation in ORLANDO, Florida, PATRIOT calls and seems to be in a sudden hurry to complete the work. I reluctantly agreed, stating clearly we were out of town and that would disrupt my wife, our dogs and my mother's sleep. He stated that would not be possible and persisted for a Monday installation.. again, reluctantly I agreed.  Monday morning, I wake up to go to work, the crew is beginning their work. Tuesday, I asked why they did not finish coat the sides of the staircase.  They stated, "THE SIDES ARE NOT IN THE QUOTE"....I was shocked!!! HOW???could **** ***** spend so much time on a set of stairs without considering the verticals (VERTICALS are clearly stated on the contract). I spoke to ****, and the workers **** stated WE DON'T DO the SIDES of STAIRS - I laughed out loud!!(but, in fact they did do the sides of stairs and stoop elsewhere within out project)...they all clearly stated it wasn't on the contract. Likely because PATRIOT truly does not own a Concrete Coatings company - they are a middle man buying in to subcontracting business. I wish for the promises that **** made us feel to believe would be accommodated he made us feel. And, again the contract clearly stated VERTICALS, though somehow they've managed to back out  due to their vague description of work -- CLEARLY, IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN THEY WERE NOT ADDING IN THE STAIRS...I'D HAVE NO DOUBT "PAID UP" FOR THE SIDES OF THE STAIRCASE TO BE A PART OF THE OVERALL PROJECT!! Concrete Coatings by Patriot Sunrooms prides ourselves on exceptional customer service for all of our customers.  We are surprised by this complaint and the slurs Mr. ***** continues to express towards our company and personnel on this matter with the BBB, Facebook and ****** reviews.  This complaint came after him leaving a voicemail on how happy he was with the project with one of our employees.
As per our contract, we fulfilled our obligation to Mr. ***** as we outlined in our agreement with him.  He continues to say we did not after we completed the work on his project.  We do not understand his point in his complaint.  We have tried to reason with Mr. ***** and he continues to slander our personnel with very rude remarks.
