He (****** Thornton) told me that after I moved out that if the apartment was clean and no substantial damage I could have my deposit back or what would be left of the ***** minus deductions. He then proceeded to give me 3 things that he felt needed to be fixed before that would happen and stated he had 30 days to do all of that. Then when the 30 days was up he sent a bogus receipt about how he had to repaint the whole house because of smoke damage from cigarettes. First off I never smoked in the house nor let anyone else for that matter secondly smoke damage was not mentioned in the first complaint of what needed fixing and third I have video of the apartment the floors and walls of all the rooms in the apartment and what they looked like after I cleaned it.
