      Ive been a loyal patient and patron for 5+ years at Skin Solutions on *************** *** **. ******** has assisted my weight loss journey over the last 5 months. I schedule my monthly appointments at each visit: (sometimes I see a nurse, other times a medical assistant). I have received the injections from at least 4 different people in that office without incident. Today, I saw someone who said they were a nurse (no name tag) because ********* NP was ill. She stated she didnt feel comfortable giving the dose RX by the *** She stated I have my own standing order that I cant legally go over. I asked to speak with any other medical person, but none were there. I asked to speak with Dr. ********************** and she was not present and her number was private. The nurse I traveled 45 miles and took a day off without pay to see refused to give me an injection because she didnt feel comfortable doing so. Everyone who can administer ******** should be able to interpret and understand whatever documentation has been entered at every visit. I would have been more ****** if this girl would have been the one to inject neurotoxin into my face. She is too insecure to perform. Im not certain I feel comfortable walking into an office without a seasoned, more experienced medical professional being available. Im going to think long and hard before returning.

      Do not trust this company! During the middle of *************** treatment, they raised the price astronomically from $150 per hour to $350 per hour. They obviously did not care about my treatment plan or the promises they made when I started it. They blamed staffing issues, but not having staff means you offer fewer appointments, not raise the price by $200 per hour. If you decide to use St. Louis Skin Solutions, theyll be nice and tell you what you want to hear, but be prepared for a bait and switch.

      I am sorry that you are feeling so frustrated. At times, as business owners, we must make tough decisions. Changing our treatment and pricing structure was born out of the needs of our ever-growing practice. As stated in the letter that you received March 8th, any appointment that you had booked through April 15th was offered at the old price point. Due to staffing shortages, we made the difficult decision to change the protocols and treatment options for electrolysis. We wish you the very best.

      Staffing shortages have nothing to do with price point. You didn't hire someone new and pay them an exorbitant salary in order to keep offering electrolysis services, which would be the business reason for raising your price by $200 per hour. Staffing issues means less availability/capacity. You can offer fewer appointments to meet your capacity. Or you could just have stopped offering electrolysis all together - which is what it seemed like you wanted to do by that astronomical price hike, because who in the world would be OK with that? But instead you went in half way and made a bad decision.You also could have chosen to make these changes for all new clients and allow clients in the middle of treatment to finish what was promised to them in the beginning. But as I said in my original review, I hope anyone looking at your company knows that the sales pitch in the beginning is just for show.
