We started working with Resort Closing Services 6/2021 to assist with the transfer of our vacation property interest. We completed and returned all of the paperwork requested as well as the fee of $1,725.00 for attorney/escrow fees paid 7/21/2021. It was several months before we heard back from them 11/2021 in which we were asked to sign a letter to be sent to the vacation property company and we were advised they would be turning it over to an attorney. The letter was completed and returned to Makayla as directed. We have not heard back from RCS since December 2021. We have left numerous voicemails and sent emails with no response. It appears that their phone number is no longer working. If RCS isn't going to handle the transfer of our vacation property interest as they indicated, we would like our money returned so that we can proceed with another company as necessary.Initial Complaint

I hired this company to get me out of my timeshare in 4/2021. I haven't heard from the company since last year. I called and no one answers the phone. I have emailed them and they haven't responded. I have no idea what is going on. I wonder if they are closed. I want to make sure I am still under contract. I paid for their service and they have not provided them.Initial Complaint

We paid over $4000 to RCS to eliminate our timeshare agreement. Once we paid our money to ***** from RCS, ******* drafted a letter and we mailed it to the timeshare company. This was May * June 2022 and have made numerous attempts to have an update with our case. We have not received any replies back from ***** or *******. No communication from this company has been made since the last drafted letter in May* June 2022. We are seeking a resolution to this case. It is sad that you cannot trust anyone. We want this resolved by RCS immediately.Initial Complaint

Started using this business on 6/2021 to get out of our Time Share with *********************, *****************, **************. On 6/17/2021, we paid them $2,412.70 for lawyer fees. I dealt with Mikaya at the company and she was very good at responding by emails or even phone calls. Send me draft letters for us to sign and send out to various individuals. We never had to use any of the Lawyer Services. I thought things were going along pretty well until about 6 months ago, when all communications stopped from Mikaya. I sent emails to her, called and left messages, even left a message on messenger on ******** for someone to contact me. To date I have received no communication from the company so my process in getting rid of our timeshare is in limbo.I need someone to take charge and finish the work that was started and paid for immediately.They shouldn't take money from individual and not proceed to finish the project.***** and *******************Initial Complaint

I had timeshare since ****, each time I go to visit, they sold me upgrades. During COVID I was sent 2 invoices for separate maintenance fees. I called to dispute the fees, but no one would answer the phone. I was later contacted by Park ****** ***, and RC ****** LLC promising me they could help me get out of my timeshare . I was told the cost would be $14000.00 that would be paid by a loan, days later they charged my credit card for the $14000.00, I disputed this charge with my credit card and they reversed it. I also paid 2 payments of $2412.70 for legal fees that was never refunded to me. They never contacted my timeshare or done what they said they were going to do. My bank disputed the original payment of $14,000.00 but could not get the 2 payments of $2412.70. This company mislead me and strung me along not doing anything they had promised. I still owe maintenance fees on original timeshare as well as I will be out additional fees trying to resolve all of this ************* will no longer *************, or answer my letters.Initial Complaint

This company came to ******* advertising they were able to get people out of their timeshares. I signed up with them. They told me it takes about 8 months - 1 year to get us out of it. They haven**;t done it. We did most of the legwork. They sent us a drafted letter and we signed it, but we had it to the timeshare people. The timeshare company told us they could transfer the timeshare. This is why we hired RCS. I paid RCS over $4000 to do this. RCS hired an attorney to handle this. RCS stopped contacting us. I have called several times and they don**;t respond. I last spoke to them three weeks ago and they told me they had to find another company to transfer our timeshare. The person I spoke with three weeks ago was named ***************.Initial Complaint

We signed a contract with this company to get us out of a contract with Blue Green in January of 2020. We paid the sales person $10,000 and the company $1750.00. They were supposed to get us out of the contract. They asked for documentation which I sent. They said they were sending stuff to a lawyer. Now I can**;t get into Blue Green to get the account information that they need. I called them on 5/2 and left a message but no one has returned my call. I sent a letter in June and the letter was returned.Initial Complaint
