Bought a transmission for $863.00 paid to have it installed only to find out it was not working, had been waiting on it for a week to pick up. I use my vehicle to support my family and due to the non working transmission I paid Brocks for I'm still unable to make money to support my wife and myself. They have been made aware of the facts and still no resolution to get a working transmission are a refund so I can get my vehicle back on the road.Business response

My sales team was able to locate Mr. ****'s invoice and communication log. The order for his Yukon transmission was just completed on July 5, 2023. He informed the salesperson just yesterday that the transmission was not properly functioning. A replacement transmission was offered to Mr. ****. He was informed that, due to the nature of our salvage business, the transmission was still in a salvage vehicle, and it would take our parts team a couple of days to get it ready. This notice is also posted in our storefront. Parts are not removed until they are ordered and paid in full. In Mr. ****'s case, the replacement order was submitted yesterday and projected to be completed by Thursday, July 20, 2023. When the salesperson spoke to Mr. ****, he accepted the offer for a replacement transmission and instructed us to call him when the part was ready for pickup. He did not request a refund or indicate that there was any issue with this timeline.
For future reference, Mr. *****'s invoice number is ******. The original order was placed on July 5, 2023, for a 2002 GMC Yukon 4x2 transmission for $750.00 plus tax and a $50.00 core charge, bringing the total to $863.79.

In November I purchased an alternator for a Jeep and provided a core, however Brock delivered the wrong alternator. I called them and they said they did not have another alternator so I told them I wanted to return the alternator since it did not fit and was inventoried wrong by Brock, so they came and picked up the return. I have yet to get refunded my $50 for my return and I have sent about six emails to them and Brock never responded nor replied. Invoice #******Business response
