Bought a car on 2.20.24 car broke down 3.12.22 it's been back at the lot they say they ordered a part to fix problems but at this point I need my money to go else because I need to move around to work and take care of my wife and kidzBusiness response

We sell used cars as is!!! Before they purchased the vehicle they test drive it and if they like it they will purchase it,vehicle had no issues during sale period customer test drove it and purchased,they sign the as is paperwork and drove off.and they towed the car near the lot without asking to us,mean while we are trying to help them but ******* dealership dont have the part we trying to fined the part as we told them we are no responsible for any repairs but we will try to help you.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: The vehicle worked less than 10 days. The first day we had the vehicle it ran hot and we brought it back to the dealership. Two days later the check engine light came on.

I paid $5,500 for a vehicle from this location. 6 days later the car started shaking and became undrivable. The check engine light was on due to high temp. I had my car towed to an Auto Zone to assess issues. I had it towed from Auto Zone to the dealership. They performed the repairs on my vehicle and things were fine for a few days costing $146. 7 days later the same issues came back.Business response

We sell cars as is. they test drive the cars before they purchased everything was in working condition before they purchased ! after what happens to the vehicle buyers is responsible for any repairs we try to help as much as possible but we dont take any responsibilityCustomer response

This car lot I purchased 2 cars with in a month of now an the first car my transmission went out an the other car my motor is gone an it’s been about 30days since I bought both cars. I paid cash for both an I got clean titles for both. I talked to them an told them about the Lemon Law an they are not understanding an I’m stuck with two broken cars can u help me please.Business response

We sale car as is. Customer test drove the car liked it and purchased the car. I explained to the customer that if she pays half then I will get the car fixed. Car was fixed and she did not pay her portion.Customer response

That was not what they did at all they left me with two cars broke down within 30 days an refuse to fix the car I came to them to explain that the lemon law says they have to give me my money back for both of the cars an they said no. The 2016 Buick Encore was $8000 but I gave them my car an the took off $700 so I have them $7300 for the car an I had the car maybe 33 months an the Engine is gone I have paperwork on it. The 2007 Nissan Maxima I only had it for two weeks an the transmission is gone an they supposed to pu t a muffler on it an they didn’t. I’m so upset cause I paid cash money for these cars I’m on disability I don’t work I saved up for me an my son a car. An I want my money back from them to get me another car somewhere else. Thank u for helping me because they doing it to other people also.Customer response

I went to purchase a vehicle. I signed a contract, $300 down and then then $2200 when I came back to get it. It didn**;t pass inspection and now they are trying to charge me an additional $200. When I spoke to them about it they just wanted to return the deposit. I wanted the car, not the deposit back.Business response
