On Nov. 18, 2022 I had a chance to purchase an early Christmas gift from Suntrup Buick GMC ****************, **. A 2018 Grand Jeep Cherokee with low mileage and looked nice. This purchase was made with a $10,000 down payment of my hard earned money. I was so excited and the salesman was kind and courteous but little did I know, I went from a customer to a VICTIM!!! A few days later there was a jerk when I hit the brakes and the radio started to change stations and make calls on its own. I informed the salesman and he blew me off and said take it to the Jeep dealership. I took it to ******* Jeep and found out the rotors were bad and the radio was shot. Mind you I just purchased this vehicle. I can't believe that this dealership would let me drive off like this. So I took it back to Suntrup with the paperwork from the Allstar, they said they would "fix" the rotors. I asked for a loaner car and was told by the salesman that they had 10 people waiting on loaners so he didn't know when I could get one and to take my car back home and they will call when loaner available! REDICULOUS!!!!! What kind of customer service is this!!!! So I borrowed my dad's car while they "fixed" the rotors. The warranty company would only cover a "remanufactured" radio and there were none available and no ETA and advised me that they would only cover a certain amount for a new radio. Suntrup salesman said I would not have to cover the rest, that they would. I kept getting the run around. Suntrup had NO intention of fixing this situation so I had to borrow $850.00 from my dad, who is retired and on a pension to cover the balance on a new radio. Remember I just put $10,000 down on this vehicle. Also the oil change light just came on, how can I need an oil change and I've had the Jeep for a little over a month and the Auto Stop isn't working properly!! Suntrup did NOT care about me all they cared about was making a sale. I still haven't heard back from ****/salesman.This is the worse service!!
